Position Summary

As a Fulfillment Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional experience for both our customers and chefs.

Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing the picking and packing of orders, ensuring timely dispatch to our delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of 15-20 associates during each shift
  • Manage shift operations and delegate tasks effectively
  • Collaborate closely with market leadership to achieve operational goals
  • Accurately pick meals based on customer order fulfillment documentation
  • Palletize and organize completed orders
  • Pack, load, and dispatch outbound orders to meet daily deadlines
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within fulfillment areas

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience in fulfillment operations is highly regarded
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
  • Minimum of 6 months of leadership experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Gmail
  • Able to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Availability for weekends and holidays
  • Capable of working in a cold environment (39 degrees)
