Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with potential customers, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, leveraging industry insights and market trends to inform your outreach efforts
  • Develop and execute personalized sales strategies to engage with potential customers, highlighting the value proposition of our platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and support
  • Utilize data and analytics to track and optimize sales performance, continually refining your approach to drive results
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for our customers and setting the stage for long-term relationships
Requirements
  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B or enterprise sales environment
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
