Job Description

**Job Summary**

Smart Office Automation LLC is seeking a highly skilled and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our service desk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Pre-process service requests, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and documented.
  • Schedule internal and field resources on our dispatch portal, ensuring that customer requests are met with the highest level of service.
  • Communicate with customers throughout the service process, keeping them informed of response times and any changes to their requests.
  • Escalate service requests that cannot be resolved within agreed service levels, ensuring that customers receive the support they need.
  • Report any customer concerns to the Service Manager, ensuring that all issues are addressed and resolved.
  • Understand and adhere to our company's processes and procedures, ensuring that all service requests are handled in a consistent and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience in a customer service or IT support role.
  • Basic computer and operating system knowledge.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including telephone skills and active listening.
  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.
  • Technical awareness and ability to match resources to technical issues.
  • Service awareness of all organization's key services for which support is being provided.
  • Understanding of support tools and techniques.
  • Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate entry of service request details.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
