**Requirements:**

  • Strong computer, data entry, and typing skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Previous customer service, collections, or call center experience.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
