Theatre Manager - Regal Entertainment

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Theatre Manager to join our team at Regal Entertainment. As a Theatre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our theatre, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the theatre, including managing staff, inventory, and facilities.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, including greeting, seating, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including promoting concession sales and managing inventory levels.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train staff to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels.
  • Facilities Management: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the theatre, including cleaning, repairs, and maintenance.
  • Financial Management: Manage the theatre's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Compliance: Ensure that all regulatory requirements are met, including health and safety, employment law, and tax compliance.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and complaints. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage budgets and forecasts.
