This Part-Time Supervisor position is an exciting opportunity to join our team and take your retail career to the next level. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a high-performing team.
Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and exceed sales goals through effective product knowledge and presentation
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve store objectives
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to drive business results
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years' experience in a focused, customer-service-oriented retail environment
- Proven ability to exceed sales goals and demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Strong leadership and teamwork abilities, with a focus on driving results
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds regularly and work in a fast-paced environment
