Client Support Professional

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers. Previous experience in customer-facing roles is required, with a strong emphasis on problem-solving and conflict resolution.
This role requires a high level of adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. You will also be expected to possess basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
We estimate the salary range for this position to be between $16.04 and $21.04 per hour, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve customer issues.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of company products and services.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
- 2-4 years of customer service experience required.
