Key Responsibilities
  • Support client networks, including hardware, software, and operating systems.
  • Research and stay up-to-date on network products, services, protocols, and standards.

Requirements
  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Four to seven years of recent experience with setup and/or administration of Windows operating systems, MS Server, and Active Directory.
  • Hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting experience.
