- Lead a team of software engineers in the development of software solutions, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA, to define and deliver software solutions that meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical capabilities.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Identify and prioritize technical initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical capabilities.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field (or equivalent work experience in a related field).
- 8 years of IT experience, with at least 4 years in software engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience leading project or technical teams, with or without formal direct report responsibility.
- 3 years of experience in software development in an agile environment.
- Experience working with 3rd party vendors and/or software solution providers.
- Experience in an IT role requiring interaction with senior leadership.
