Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities:
* Conduct cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule meetings.
* Qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for our services.
* Present our offerings in a compelling manner to prospects.
* Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
* Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in our CRM system.
* Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in sales, preferably in a cold calling or telemarketing role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.
* Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
* Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) is a plus.
* Strong internet connection of at least 50mbps.
* Laptop or MacBook with a minimum of 8GB RAM and at least 50 GB of free disk space.
* Professional headphones with microphone for clear communication.
