Key Responsibilities
- Advising clients by suggesting and implementing optimal practices for product utilization. Cultivating trust across all levels of the client organization.
- Leading the development of renewal strategies, including packaging, presentation, and negotiation efforts to ensure client retention. Collaborating with leadership on renewal tactics for clients utilizing multiple products.
- Partnering closely with the Client Success Manager to facilitate daily relationship management and track product advancements.
- Fostering positive strategic relationships with client teams and executives. Crafting and executing strategic business cases for clients and delivering comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
- Offering solutions aimed at enhancing product engagement rates. Guiding team members to adhere to best practices.
- Addressing client concerns by coordinating internal resources to achieve satisfaction and retention objectives. Identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
- Conducting performance review meetings with clients while exploring new avenues for collaboration.
- Assisting in the scoping and estimation of work for both existing and prospective clients.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or client success within a carrier, consulting/brokerage firm, or healthcare vendor.
- Proven success in managing substantial employer accounts.
- Ability to comprehend and develop financial forecasts and performance metrics.
- Strong organizational, management, and negotiation capabilities.
- Demonstrated history of achieving goals while managing a complex portfolio of business.
- Expertise in facilitating strategic planning discussions and translating them into actionable plans.
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
