Key Responsibilities:- Develop a deep understanding of business goals and processes to inform product priorities and improvement recommendations.
- Regularly communicate with product stakeholders and develop strong relationships to surface, balance, and prioritize feedback from multiple groups.
- Lead a team dedicated to delivering robust low-code solutions leveraging the Microsoft 365 platform, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365.
- Manage, administer, and maintain the SharePoint, Power Platform, and Dataverse environments.
- Act as the M365, Power Platform, and D365 Subject Matter Expert, providing guidance to the business on how low-code tools can enhance their processes within the organization's wider technology ecosystem.
- Leverage agile and DevOps methodologies to coordinate tasks within the team and improve deployment automation as needed.
- Keep up to date with the latest advancements in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Dynamics 365 and the broader low-code domain to offer recommendations for updating our technology stack where relevant.
- Monitor business, market, and technology trends and competitive intelligence to inform product strategy and proactively propose new solutions.
- Establish product roadmaps and release plans that satisfy requirements and achieve customer outcomes.
- Contribute to translating desired business outcomes into actionable products and technical requirements.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate product performance, including usage metrics, to monitor product health and make maintenance/refresh/retirement recommendations and decisions.
- Define, track, and communicate relevant KPIs for the product to measure performance and contribution to business goals and strategy.
- Proactively support the identification and resolution of blockers (including technical and resourcing) to achieve business objectives.
- Manage M365, Power Platform, and D365 investment decision making and the overall financial performance of the M365, Power Platform, and D365, taking a return-on-investment approach to increasing the value while minimizing product costs.
- A Bachelor's Degree is required. An equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Five or more years of experience in application delivery (construction background preferred), and solution delivery on the M365 and Power Platform.
- Minimum of three years of experience managing development teams.
- Demonstrate high proficiency in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams administration, D365, Dataverse, configuration, and associated application development.
- Possess a solid understanding of Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing technology strategies at the enterprise level.
- Ability to facilitate difficult discussions, prioritization of competing interests, managing both strategic and tactical interests.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, including experience leveraging data to inform decision making and assist in solving engineering problems.
- Demonstrated success in defining and building products.
- Experience of design thinking principles and customer experience design.
- Demonstrated experience incubating and commercializing new ideas.
- A valid driver's license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check.
