Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Technical Sales and Consulting Professional to join our team at Rockwell Automation. As a Technical Sales and Consulting Professional, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers and industry partners to solve challenges in the industry. You will develop and implement sales plans to meet annual sales goals and grow market share. You will work with customers exclusively through digital platforms to provide solutions and drive business growth.

About the Role: As a Technical Sales and Consulting Professional, you will be part of a world-class, multi-month training program consisting of a combination of sales, technical, and professional training. You will join a cohort of peers from all over the world and embark on a journey to become a trusted outcome-based seller. After completion of the training program, you will be placed in one of our field sales offices across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with customers and industry partners to solve challenges in the industry.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet annual sales goals and grow market share.
  • Work with customers exclusively through digital platforms to provide solutions and drive business growth.
