Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead our Service Desk and End User Computing team at Prospera Credit Union. As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for delivering technical services, capabilities, and support to our employees and members.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results in an IT Service Desk and end user computing environment, with experience in leadership, technical support, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Service Desk and End User Computing team to deliver technical services and support to employees and members
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with IT Director to set direction for end user computing capabilities and technical services
  • Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to the IT Service Desk team
  • Oversee 3rd party vendor relations with external service desk partners
  • Provide backup IT Operations engineering support for networking, servers, storage, security, data backups & communications
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Technical School degree in computer science or business with an emphasis in information technology (or related field) or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years in an IT Service Desk and end user computing environment demonstrating a proven track record of delivering results while demonstrating leadership, either formally or informally
  • 2+ years experience as a supervisor with direct reports
  • 3+ year experience with 3 or more of the following: Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Intune, Ring Central, Zoom, IT Service Desk Solutions, Network, Server, or Storage Administration solutions
  • 3+ years' experience with 3 or more of the following: Incident/Problem/Change management, IT Self-Service/Service Requests, Corporate communications, End user training
  • Certification in ITIL or ITSM is a plus
