Key Responsibilities- Network Installation and Configuration
- Install and configure network components, including routers, switches, and servers.
- Plan and implement network cabling, including Cat-5e, Cat-6, Coax, and Fiber.
- System Troubleshooting and Repair
- Identify and resolve network issues, including connectivity problems and system crashes.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure network uptime and performance.
- Customer Training and Support
- Provide training and support to customers on network equipment and services.
- Assist customers with network-related issues and concerns.
- Other Duties
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Education and Experience
- Formal education or experience in Telecommunications or a related field is preferred.
- Skills and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of network systems and protocols.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work at heights up to 40 feet.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
