MCG Networking Specialist

Musco Sports Lighting is seeking a skilled Networking Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for installing and configuring network components, security systems, and other telecommunications equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Install and configure network components, including VoIP systems, switches, routers, servers, and wireless access points.
- Plan and install cabling, including Cat-5e, Cat-6, Coax, and Fiber.
- Troubleshoot and repair installed systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Provide training and support to customers on the use of installed equipment and services.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems.
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience with security systems, including CCTV cameras, locks, and access control systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive to and from work sites.
- Formal education or experience in telecommunications or a related field.
