The National/Alamo division of Enterprise Mobility presents an exciting opportunity for a Client Relations Specialist.The Client Relations Specialist will deliver exceptional, friendly, and efficient service throughout all phases of the vehicle rental experience relevant to this role.
This position offers a starting pay of $16.70 per hour, along with additional monthly bonus potential.Benefits Offered:

Work Schedule:
This is a full-time role with guaranteed 40 hours per week.
Shifts are determined through a bidding process and may include evenings and weekends.
Availability to work any schedule between 6 AM and Midnight, including weekends and holidays, is required.
Key Responsibilities:
We are currently hiring for immediate openings.
Responsibilities include:
Welcoming customers, addressing inquiries, and providing assistance tailored to each customer's needs and requests, by brand.
In certain locations offering both brands, this role necessitates a clear understanding of the distinctions between the products and services provided by each.
Identifying and attending to customers by name, confirming rental agreements and reservations.
Ensuring a pleasant, seamless, and efficient rental experience for each customer by assisting with vehicle exchanges and returns.
Acting on behalf of both the customer and the company to resolve issues fairly and equitably, fostering ongoing customer loyalty.
Providing undivided attention to all customers during assistance.
Accurately and completely preparing all rental and return documentation.
Offering assistance with directions, maps, local area information, and relevant service details to all customers.
Reviewing rental parameters with customers to ensure a comprehensive understanding of rates and service charges.
Confirming that the return date and time on the rental agreement is correct.
Reviewing all charges at the time of vehicle return.
Preparing the Rental Agreement Folder with all necessary information.

Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required
A minimum of 1 year of prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience is necessary
No more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 3 years
No drug or alcohol-related incidents on driving record within the past 3 years (DUI, DWI)
Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring work authorization sponsorship from our company for this position now or in the future.
Apart from religious observance, must have open availability to work any schedule between 6 AM and Midnight, including weekends and holidays.
