5. Connecting customers with other branch personnel or banking partners who can provide tailored financial solutions.

Qualifications:
Required Education:
High School Diploma or GED

Required Experience:
A minimum of 6 months of direct customer service experience.

Preferred Skills:
Experience in sales support (including cold-calling and marketing)

Familiarity with retail banking products and services

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

If hired, the base pay for this position typically ranges from $17.53 to $23.72 per hour, depending on skills, experience, location, and other permissible factors. First Citizens Bank offers a comprehensive benefits program tailored to support associates at various life stages.
