We are seeking a dedicated Sales Professional to enhance our sales team. This role focuses on acquiring new customers while providing support to existing accounts as necessary. The position involves a blend of outreach to potential clients through cold calling, referrals, and introductions, as well as assisting assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer service to assigned clients.
- Drive revenue growth by securing orders, interpreting technical requirements, and developing client relationships.
- Stay informed about new products and participate in educational opportunities to enhance job knowledge.
- Take ownership of unique requests to meet departmental and organizational goals.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services to current customers.
- Manage all aspects of the sales process with a focus on profitable growth.
- Conduct site surveys for estimate requests as needed.
- Foster positive customer experiences by collaborating with the M3T team to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues.
- Support the Capture team’s sales initiatives.
- Meet individual quotas, KPIs, and objectives.
- Maintain a culture that positions M3T as a trusted advisor in security solutions.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and promptly input information into our ERP System.
- Expand M3T's market presence within our operational region.
- Perform other duties as assigned to achieve company objectives.
- 2 to 5 years of sales experience is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized.
- Professional demeanor with a collaborative team player attitude.
- Confident, diplomatic, and tactful with a proactive approach.
- Effective listener, problem solver, and negotiator.
- Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Joining our team provides access to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and paid time off. Core working hours are Monday to Friday, with flexibility as needed to meet client needs. Out-of-state travel may be required.
