Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Desk Associate to join our team at The Lash Lounge. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling memberships and retail products, and contributing to the overall success of our salon.

Responsibilities
  • Provide an excellent customer experience to all guests
  • Sell memberships and retail products
  • Book appointments in person or by phone
  • Contribute to group operations, such as inventory maintenance
  • Maintain a clean and inviting environment
Requirements
  • 1+ years customer service or retail sales experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work some weekends and some evenings
  • Experience with MindBody Software is a plus
