The Quality Assurance Lead will oversee the successful implementation of quality assurance and improvement strategies within our care management program, aimed at serving adults with chronic behavioral and medical conditions, ultimately enhancing health outcomes and the overall quality of care.

Your expertise and skills will be instrumental in the following areas:

  • Providing exemplary supervision to Quality Assistants and other team members, guiding them in their quality responsibilities, professional development, and performance evaluation.
  • Ensuring adherence to quality standards in compliance with agency regulations and contractual obligations.
  • Collaborating with Senior Leadership to develop, implement, and monitor reporting systems and workflows.
  • Maintaining effective communication and collaboration with all stakeholders.
  • Analyzing performance data to assess its impact on services, clients, staff, and other critical performance metrics.
  • Facilitating the definition and documentation of various business and clinical processes, acting as a liaison between staff and management with the IS/IT team for enhancements in electronic documentation systems.
  • Conducting site evaluations and providing guidance to supervisory personnel to ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual standards.

What We Seek in a Quality Assurance Lead:

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in human services or a related sector.
  • Previous supervisory or consultative experience in quality performance and assurance is essential.
  • Extensive knowledge of behavioral health principles, including the classification and treatment of mental health issues, addiction, and services for individuals with developmental delays.
  • A strong commitment to consumer empowerment, human rights, and community integration.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and contractual requirements is necessary.
  • Ability to analyze data in relation to population health is crucial.
  • Understanding the significance of information for driving system changes is important.
  • Intermediate proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and email applications is required.
