We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to oversee and manage the quality assurance processes within our North America warehouses and offices. This critical role ensures that all activities comply with quality standards and regulations, maintains quality control procedures, and leads continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance Management:
    • Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies.
    • Conduct regular quality inspections and audits of departmental operations to identify areas for improvement.
    • Investigate and resolve quality issues, including customer complaints, in a timely and effective manner.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and operational efficiency, analyzing quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality issues and improve processes.
  • Training and Development:
    • Provide training to warehouse staff on quality control procedures and best practices to ensure a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
    • Develop and update training materials and documentation to support employee development.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date quality documentation, including inspection records, audit reports, and corrective action logs.
    • Prepare and present quality performance reports to management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Supervise and mentor quality control staff, providing guidance and support to ensure a cohesive team environment.
    • Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the warehouse team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in quality management, supply chain management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Highly skilled in verbal and written communication, with strong decision-making skills and root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Adept at building a cohesive team environment and possessing intermediate technical aptitude.
  • Proven experience in quality management within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
Other Skills/Abilities
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Professionalism and business savvy, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
