Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Proposal Specialist to join our team at ConServe. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a critical role in driving new business and placements through our value proposition, distribution, and target marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and placement.
  • Oversee the preparation of public proposals and presentations, utilizing marketing resources such as master proposal records, brochures, data, slides, photographs, and reports.
  • Manage and administer Proposal Software (Rocketdocs) and project manage response updates from internal subject matter experts.
  • Coordinate and assist with marketing activities, including email marketing, advertising, direct mailing, printing, customer events, and trade shows.
  • Develop and implement communications programs to effectively describe and promote ConServe and its products through graphics, brochures, company or servicer product fact sheets, logos, or other promotional products.
  • Develop and lead social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
  • Assist with CRM Platform administration.
  • Manage client programs, including annual surveys, Million$Club, and milestone Anniversary Program.
  • Ensure adherence to ConServe's Blueprint Quality Management System, Code of Conduct, and Compliance Program.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Two (2) years of marketing experience.
  • Understanding of standard marketing concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Prior proposal writing experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with the public bid process.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 20%.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance.
  • No conflicts of interest with ConServe or our Clients.

  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to sit or remain sedentary for up to 8 hours per day, except for periodic breaks pursuant to applicable law.
  • Ability to talk and listen on a phone or in person for up to 8 hours per day.
  • Ability to type on a computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to stand up to 8 hours per day except for periodic breaks pursuant to applicable law.
  • Ability to drive and fly.
