Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Continental Service Group LLC. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of our marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and content management of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Sales Proposals.
  • Support Client Programs, including Million$ Club, Anniversary Programs, and annual surveys.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media strategies that align with overall marketing goals and drive audience engagement.
  • Regularly update and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with target market initiatives.
  • Coordinate and assist with marketing activities, including email marketing, advertising, direct mailing, printing, digital, and customer events.
  • Coordinate trade shows, including registration, email marketing, packing, and shipping to ensure successful event participation and maximize brand exposure.
  • Develop and implement communications programs effectively describing and promoting the Company and its products through graphics, brochures, company or servicer product fact sheets, logos, or other promotional products.
  • Support corporate team events, including taking photos and managing social media coverage to enhance engagement.
  • Adhere to ConServe's Professional Practices Management System (PPMS), Code of Conduct, and Compliance Program.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with a variety of marketing concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Marketing or general office experience preferred.
  • Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
  • Ability to maintain an open mind to new ideas and suggestions, be able to develop innovative and forward-thinking concepts.
  • Ability to perform a variety of tasks.
  • Ability to travel up to 15%.
  • Ability to travel between ConServe's offices as needed.
  • Demonstrated wide degree of creativity.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be computer literate, including competent data entry, word processing, and graphic software skills.
  • Have the ability to act independently to resolve problems.
  • Be motivated to learn and continuously improve.
  • Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude that's team-oriented.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance.
  • No conflicts of interest with ConServe or our Clients.
Physical Demands:

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to sit or remain sedentary for up to 8 hours per day, except for periodic breaks pursuant to applicable law.
  • Ability to talk and listen on a phone or in person for up to 8 hours per day.
  • Ability to type on a computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to stand up to 8 hours per day, except for periodic breaks pursuant to applicable law.
  • Ability to drive and fly.
