Lollypop Farm, the Humane Society of Greater Rochester, seeks a skilled Donor Relations professional to develop and manage a portfolio of mid-level donors. This role is responsible for cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding relationships with donors who support our mission to better the lives of animals through justice, prevention, and life-saving care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a mid-level donor caseload, establishing short-term and long-term cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies.
  • Qualify new prospects for major or mid-level caseload placement.
  • Lead the Bergh Society recognition program, soliciting new members, stewarding current members, and planning stewardship events.
  • Collaborate with the Donor Relations Manager to set mid-level annual goals and budget.
  • Develop and contribute to mid-level program communications.
  • Meet monthly activity and meaningful action goals.
  • Maintain accurate records, contact reports, and background data.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Two or more years of successful experience in fundraising or related positions.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficient in using computer software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
