Territory Sales Manager

The Territory Sales Manager is a key role at Johnstone Supply, responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in their assigned territory. This individual will be the face of the company, building strong relationships with customers, distributors, and contractors to provide valued solutions and enhance sales.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and contractors
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on market trends, product innovations, and competitors' products and services
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and improve processes
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
- 2 years of experience in sales and/or service in the HVAC industry (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC products, processes, and services
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
