Role Summary:

The Resource Allocation Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize resource allocation and improve operational efficiency within Compass Tech International's Russell's Point, Ohio facility.

This is a high-profile role that requires exceptional leadership and analytical skills to drive growth and profitability within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to maximize profits and minimize costs.
  • Resource Optimization: Analyze and optimize resource allocation to achieve business objectives.
  • Leadership: Mentor and guide cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including Human Resources and finance teams.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years' experience in a leadership role or senior advisory position.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategic plans.
  • Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel and advanced analytics tools.

Salary: $95,000 per year

Work Schedule: 45-50 hours per week
