Human Resources Specialist

United Way of Johnson County INC is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment, retention, and development of our staff.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, hire, and onboard new employees
- Develop and implement employee recognition and engagement programs
- Assist with grant writing and reporting
The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as retirement savings options.
