Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Insurance Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role offers a stable income along with the potential to earn monthly bonuses. While we prefer candidates with prior experience as licensed insurance agents, we are open to training motivated individuals who excel in interpersonal skills.

In this position, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, addressing inquiries regarding their insurance policies, and recommending additional coverage options. You will handle incoming calls from clients, providing assistance with policy modifications and clarifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with their insurance needs and policy inquiries.
  • Propose new insurance products to enhance client coverage.
  • Facilitate policy changes and additions as requested by clients.
  • Participate in training programs to obtain necessary licensing.

As a vital member of our customer service team, you will have a significant impact on our clients' experiences. You will have access to a diverse range of insurance products from multiple carriers, allowing you to tailor solutions to meet client needs effectively.

Trainee Program: We offer a structured trainee program for candidates who aspire to become full-fledged Account Managers within a few months. This program includes training for obtaining the Ohio P&C License while gaining hands-on experience in the role.
