Patient Care Advocate

Join TMS Neuro Solutions LLC's Patient Liaison team and become an integral part of delivering exceptional patient care. As a Patient Liaison, you will serve as a crucial interface between patients and healthcare providers, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care.
Your primary responsibilities will include educating patients about our services, checking out patients, coordinating follow-up care, and scheduling appointments. You will also collaborate closely with the Medical Assistant and Digital Neuro team to ensure seamless patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care through education and support
- Coordinate patient care activities, including scheduling appointments and checking out patients
- Collaborate with the Medical Assistant and Digital Neuro team to ensure effective patient care
- Meet or exceed key activity metrics for daily calls, emails, and consultations booked
- Foster strong relationships with patients and healthcare providers
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Compensation and Benefits:
