We are urgently hiring bilingual Registered Nurses to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and providing pre- and post-operative care.
About the Role- Patient Care: Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and provide pre- and post-operative care.
- Assessment: Conduct physical exams, take patient histories, and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Care Planning: Develop and implement patient care plans, in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other members of the healthcare team.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and reports.
- Education: Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and post-treatment care.
- Supervision: Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing assistants and other staff.
- Safety: Adhere to safety and infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- A current RN license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) may be required based on specialty.
- Clinical experience in a healthcare setting; specialty experience may be preferred.
