Job Description:

This LCSW position plays a critical role in providing patient-centered care to individuals with traumatic brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other neuro or complex ortho diagnoses. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to assess, counsel, and direct patients, developing individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patients' strengths and challenges
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that focus on skill-building, resource linkage, and behavior modification
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal outcomes
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Social Work and state licensure as an LCSW are required
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is crucial
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
