Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and suppliers
  • Motivate, coach, and lead a high-performing service team to achieve sales, productivity, and profitability goals
  • Effectively manage the workload and schedules of service department associates
  • Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs
  • Ensure the service department operates safely and in compliance with federal, state, and other mandated regulations
Requirements
  • Results-driven, highly energized, and customer service-oriented leader
  • Passion for taking care of customers and delivering exceptional service
  • Excellent organizational skills and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Dealertrack experience a plus
  • Proven record of success in dealership management and a strong understanding of vehicle repairs and maintenance
  • Ability to lead a service team to top-level performance and create a 5-star customer experience
  • Computer experience
  • HS Diploma required; college degree a plus; ASE or manufacturer certifications a plus
  • Current, valid driver's license
