Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Marketing & Patient Relations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in building relationships with potential referral sources within the healthcare industry, legal field, and automotive repair sector. Your primary focus will be on establishing connections through in-person meetings and calls, ultimately driving new patient referrals.

Responsibilities & Tasks

  • Proactively identify and connect with potential referral partners, including healthcare clinics, attorneys, and auto body shops.
  • Develop and execute a strategic outreach plan to cultivate strong relationships with referral sources.
  • Effectively communicate the benefits of our services to potential partners, highlighting our expertise in auto-injury rehabilitation.
  • Maintain consistent communication with existing referral partners to nurture relationships and ensure ongoing referrals.
  • Utilize a CRM system to track interactions, manage contacts, and monitor referral progress.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on creative initiatives to promote our services and expand our reach.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
  • Proven ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
