About the Role

This is an in-person hospitality role, requiring a strong presence on-site 5 days a week. To support this, our compensation package includes generous commuter benefits. As a Member Experience Manager, you will be the go-to problem solver, momentum driver, and experience creator for our members. You will be responsible for organizing all details and communications to ensure a smooth operation, leveraging your business sense and consultative sales approach to deliver exceptional results.

Compensation

The annual base compensation range for this role is between $65,000 and $75,000. You will also be eligible for up to $11,000 in performance-related bonus pay. Our total compensation package includes heavily subsidized healthcare plans, generous paid time off, company stock options, wellness programs, professional development grants, and a 401k plan.
