Job Description

Homeward is revolutionizing healthcare delivery in rural America by partnering with communities to address the crisis of access to care. As a Senior Product Manager, Member Engagement, you will play a critical role in driving the product roadmap and delivery for Member Engagement, focusing on engaging members in the relevant type and level of care for their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the product roadmap for Member Engagement, leveraging AI/ML for long-term engagement and personalization.
  • Lead product initiatives supporting member acquisition, optimization of member interaction processes, omnichannel engagement, growth, and services tools.
  • Design and develop personalized member journeys, focusing on segmentation, lifecycle management, and personalized care plans.
  • Collaborate closely with teams in engagement, design, user research, engineering, data, marketing, and member services.
Requirements
  • Over 5 years of experience in building and delivering successful products, with strong expertise in end-to-end discovery and delivery of complex features.
  • Deep affinity for data-driven experimentation, including hypothesis generation, A/B testing, and results analysis.
  • Excellent analytics skills and experience working with Data teams on data acquisition, data pipelines, and reporting.
  • Proven ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders with recommendations.
