Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Growth Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow our business, identifying new opportunities, and expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement marketing strategies to expand our customer base.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication and follow-up.
- Lead Generation: Develop and implement strategies to generate new business leads and close sales.
Requirements
- Sales Experience: Outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing experience preferred.
- Meeting Sales Goals: Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
- Marketing Skills: Ability to market products and services based on customer needs.
- Insurance Knowledge: Enthusiasm for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks.
- People-Oriented: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively relate to customers.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Licenses: Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain), Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer paid time off, valuable experience, and growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my agency.
