Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lease Retention Sales Consultant to join our team at Rusnak Auto Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for consistently meeting or exceeding client retention and sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Client Retention: Source clients through the AutoAlert System, evaluate potential opportunities, and generate sales leads to facilitate trade-in sales.
- Sales: Develop and implement sales goals, monitor and adjust strategies to achieve personal and company sales objectives, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Client Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, assist clients in selecting a vehicle, and ensure a smooth sales process from initial contact to delivery.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with clients, sales management, and other team members to foster successful working relationships.
- CRM Utilization: Adhere to company requirements for utilizing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Driver's License: Current California Driver License with a satisfactory Department of Motor Vehicle driving record.
- Sales License: Current California Sales License.
- Experience: Previous experience as a Sales Consultant or similar positions in Automotive, Retail, Sales, or Hospitality industries.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
