Lease Retention Sales Professional

Rusnak Auto Group, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a highly skilled Lease Retention Sales Consultant to join our team. With a strong reputation in the Greater Los Angeles and Southern California regions, we offer a unique opportunity to grow your career in the luxury car sales industry.
Responsibilities- Consistently meet or exceed client retention objectives by sourcing clients, generating sales leads, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve personal and company sales objectives, including meeting or exceeding sales targets and satisfying client transportation needs.
- Work closely with the sales management team to develop action plans to correct performance and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
- Offer test drives, provide product knowledge, and ensure a smooth sales process from initial contact to delivery.
- Ensure all closed deals are forwarded to the Finance and Insurance Manager, along with properly completed paperwork.
- Deliver vehicles to clients, ensuring they understand the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork.
- Current California Driver License with a satisfactory Department of Motor Vehicle driving record.
- Current California Sales License.
- Previous experience as a Sales Consultant or similar position in Automotive, Retail, Sales, or Hospitality industries.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
