Responsibilities
  • Consistently meet or exceed client retention objectives by sourcing clients, generating sales leads, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve personal and company sales objectives, analyzing performance data to inform future planning.
  • Proactively work with sales management to develop action plans to correct performance and consistently meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Promptly and professionally greet and assist clients, offering test drives and fully explaining product performance, application, benefits, and optional equipment.
  • Know and understand company policies, rules, and regulations regarding automobile sales, ensuring compliance and adherence to established procedures.
Qualifications
  • Current California Driver License with a satisfactory Department of Motor Vehicle driving record.
  • Current California Sales License.
  • Previous experience as a Sales Consultant or similar position in Automotive, Retail, Sales, or Hospitality industries.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
