Job Title

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to join our team in Anchorage, AK.

About the Role

The successful candidate will support operational functions related to purchasing and master data management within the Supply Chain Alaska organization. Key responsibilities include ensuring data quality in the global SAP Supply Chain Master Data space through consistent application of master data management processes and standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong collaboration and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and basic knowledge of SAP. Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is preferred but not required.

The estimated salary for this position is $ 80,000 - 100,000 per annum, depending on experience. CTG does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters or recruitment agencies.

Responsibilities
  • Support procurement operations, including purchasing and master data management.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity in SAP systems.
  • Manage global material and service data, driving continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Consult on nxtgenERP projects as relevant.
  • Support Requisition-to-Pay (R2P) needs.
  • Manage Outline Agreements (OLAs), collaborating with Contract Specialists.
Requirements
  • Four (4) years of related work experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and analytical skills.
