Job Overview

Position: Customer Relations Associate - Mazda Lakeland

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers post-service visits to assess their experience
  • Oversee customer interactions during their time at the dealership for service
  • Provide timely updates regarding customer status
  • Facilitate the checkout process for customers completing loaner agreements
  • Assist in the overall checkout process
  • Transport customers as required
  • Support operations on the Service Drive as needed
  • Calculate customer bills accurately
  • Process payments from customers, including cash, checks, and credit cards; document received amounts
  • Issue change and receipts to customers
  • Conduct daily cash drawer reconciliations
  • Address customer inquiries regarding services rendered or products purchased, or direct them to the appropriate personnel
  • Manage customer complaints with professionalism and poise, referring dissatisfied customers to the appropriate resolution channels
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to various departments as necessary
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times
  • Ensure work area is organized and tidy
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills, capable of managing multiple applications simultaneously
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous
  • Ability to learn and utilize various software programs
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Reliable transportation is essential
  • Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
  • Ability to pass background screening requirements

Supervisory Role:

  • This position does not include supervisory responsibilities
