Job Overview
The Tire Maintenance Specialist is an entry-level position within the Automotive Service Technician field, providing an excellent opportunity to launch your career at McGee / Tire Choice Commercial Co-Brand. In this role, you will play a vital part in our team, executing tire services on customer vehicles. More importantly, you will contribute to a collaborative environment aimed at delivering exceptional customer experiences, utilizing your technical skills to ensure our clients have safe and dependable transportation.
The hourly wage for this position ranges from minimum wage to $32.00, depending on experience.
This position also qualifies for additional compensation and incentives, with pay determined by your level of expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical tasks such as changing, mounting, and installing tires.
- Conduct wheel removal, tire repairs, balancing, and patch/plug repairs.
- Inspect and rotate tires as needed.
Required Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to work collaboratively.
- Capability to work with hands overhead, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
