Position Summary:
As an Automotive Customer Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering an outstanding customer experience while supporting the sales of automotive repair services and tires. Your contributions will be essential in driving business growth through effective communication and service knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive training to master the Tire Choice sales process.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, both over the phone and in-store, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Engage with customers to schedule appointments, build trust, and identify their needs.
- Assist in managing customer care tasks, including work order completion and register support.
- Maintain a clean and organized customer waiting area.
- Collaborate with management to address customer service issues and enhance service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all cash handling and transaction policies.
- Other duties as assigned to support the team and business operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Preferred experience of at least one year in an automotive service environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate services clearly to customers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds.
- Frequent standing and walking for extended periods.
- Capability to reach overhead and perform various physical tasks.
- Proficient in using a computer and telecommunications equipment.
