About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned commercial leader to join our Global Commercial Operations team as the Executive Director, Global Commercial Lead for Achondroplasia. This is a new and elevated role within our evolved commercial operating model, reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the integrated brand team for VOXZOGO, driving accountability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop a cohesive, insights-driven brand strategy.
  • Monitor pricing and reimbursement dynamics across markets.
  • Embed a digital/omnichannel mindset and develop lifecycle strategy to expand patient population and reach.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and lead/represent global commercial point of view with senior executives.
  • Attract, develop, and retain high-performing talent.
Requirements
  • BA/BS in Business or Life Sciences (MBA preferred).
  • 15 years of professional marketing experience in biotechnology or pharmaceuticals.
  • Strong track record of commercial leadership in both country and Global roles.
  • In-line marketing experience with senior brand responsibility.
  • Experience planning and executing at least one global product launch.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel 25% of time (domestic and international).
