Deep Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate: Leverage over 7 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry or building software solutions for real estate, focusing on processes like leasing, property management, and investment analysis. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape in commercial real estate to inform product strategy and development.
Technical Product Management Expertise: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for commercial real estate solutions. Draft detailed product requirements and specifications for real estate applications. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to drive product development and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Utilize data and user feedback to continuously improve product offerings and drive innovation.
Product Marketing: Develop and execute product positioning, packaging, and pricing strategies tailored to the commercial real estate market. Create compelling client-facing materials, including presentations, brochures, and case studies, to support sales and marketing efforts. Lead product launches and go-to-market (GTM) activities, ensuring successful adoption and market penetration.
Incubation Experience: Possess a track record of developing and delivering client presentations, securing early lighthouse clients, and driving initial product adoption. Work closely with early clients to gather feedback, iterate on product features, and ensure the solution meets market needs. Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to foster trust and drive long-term partnerships.
Industry Connections: Maintain a robust network of connections at the CXO and Divisional Leader levels within the commercial real estate industry. Leverage industry relationships to gain insights, identify opportunities, and drive business development efforts. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.
**Qualifications:**
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of Product Management experience with a minimum of 5 years in the commercial real estate industry, specifically in software solutions.
Proven track record in product management, with experience in drafting requirements, setting vision and strategy, and managing product development processes.
Strong understanding of product marketing, including positioning, packaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain industry connections at the executive level.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
