+ Individuals at this level typically have complete ownership of one or more processes, reports, procedures, or products and may also be regarded as analytical or procedural experts representing a unit or team on cross-functional processes or project deliverables.
+ May oversee the daily activities of junior staff members.
+ Appropriately evaluate risks when making business decisions, demonstrating particular consideration for the organization's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policies, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal conduct and business practices, and transparently escalating, managing, and reporting control issues.
Qualifications:
+ 6-10 years of relevant experience.
+ Background in a quantitative discipline.
+ Exceptional analytical and practical problem-solving skills.
+ Comprehensive understanding of the consumer lending sector, customer lifecycle, and profit and loss management.
+ Experience in segmentation, modeling, and optimization techniques.
+ Practical experience in the Financial or Credit Card Industry.
+ Proficiency in analytical tools (e.g., SAS E-miner, Knowledge Seeker, SPSS) and methodologies (e.g., regression, CHAID, simulation).
+ Familiarity with big data and machine learning technologies (e.g., R, Python).
Education:
+ Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
