Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team at First Search Inc. in a Paint Shop Maintenance role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor technical processes related to painting shop maintenance to meet company goals.
  • Develop and implement action plans to improve shop-wise maintenance index, including downtime reduction and equipment monitoring.
  • Prepare and execute annual operation plans and report status of each task.
  • Support team members in developing their skills and knowledge to meet section targets.
  • Analyze paint shop downtime and provide improvement plans.
  • Work flexible hours, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays, to support urgent equipment issues.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by department management.
  • Manage shop maintenance budget and confirm part specifications for purchase requisitions.

Requirements:

  • More than 3 years of maintenance experience in automated plants.
  • Troubleshooting ability for PLC-based automation equipment.
  • Ability to understand electrical and mechanical system drawings and specifications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • More than 1 year of paint shop maintenance experience in the automotive industry.
  • Mechanical or electrical certifications.
  • AB PLC program and control circuit experience.
