**Key Responsibilities**

* Perform routine maintenance and repairs on restaurant equipment, including refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, and control systems
* Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
* Collaborate with our engineering team to develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures
* Provide technical support and training to other team members as needed

**Requirements**

* High school graduate or equivalent (GED)
* Associates degree with a technical focus and 5 years of related experience in the specific industry, or 7 years of experience in the specific industry
* Strong understanding of restaurant equipment electrical, mechanical, and control systems
* Ability to analyze problems, synthesize alternative solutions, and perform repairs
* Basic hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate

**Work Environment**

* Work is typically performed in a restaurant environment and is usually very loud
* Employee may be exposed to greasy or slippery factory floors
* Employee must be able to lift and/or move more than 50 pounds
