We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Maintenance Specialist to join our team at First Search Inc. as a key member of our maintenance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our painting shop, coordinating technical processes, and implementing maintenance strategies to meet company goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and Monitor Maintenance Activities: Oversee and perform technical processes related to painting shop maintenance to meet company objectives.
  • Develop and Implement Maintenance Plans: Create detailed action plans to meet shop-wise maintenance index, including downtime, PM plans, equipment monitoring, and safety/environmental considerations.
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Prepare and execute training plans for team members to meet skill level targets for each section.
  • Manage Maintenance Budget: Analyze and maintain shop maintenance budget for the year, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Procure and Manage Maintenance Materials: Confirm exact specifications of all parts, create material numbers, and manage purchasing, distribution, and inventory control of maintenance materials.
  • Support Department Management: Collaborate with department management to encourage good teamwork, analyze downtime, and provide improvement plans.
Requirements
  • Experience: More than 3 years of maintenance career in automated plants, with trouble-shooting ability for PLC-based automation equipment.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with experience in equipment installations, design studies, and paperwork.
  • Preferred Qualifications: More than 1 year of paint shop maintenance career in major automotive industry, holders of mechanical or electrical certifications, and experience with AB PLC programs and control circuits.
